Last Saturday we held our Grand Opening for our new location and kicked it all off with a free bootcamp. We planned on doing it outdoors, but who knew the temperature would be sub-freezing? Fortunately, the sun was shining, and we were shedding layers in no time with a great workout led by Joseph Powe and Chris Davis, Studio One to One Certified Personal Trainers.
They did a heck of a job, because it took me well into Tuesday to work out all of the muscle soreness! Also, we managed to get the attention of the drive-by traffic as we heard more than one set of screeching tires. Maybe next time we should take it indoors, but hopefully we inspired some of those folks driving by to get out there and exercise.
